Hi! I'm Sarah. I'm a mom, wife, personal trainer/nutrition coach, and I work full-time in the corporate world. I know what it's like to be busy but still want to reach your fitness goals.
I get my workouts in whenever I can as a mom to an active toddler, and often only have about 30-45 minutes to do it! That means they need to be effective and to the point!

FAQ
HOW LONG DO WORKOUTS TYPICALLY TAKE TO COMPLETE?
Workout length will vary depending on the individual (based on rest times, set up, experience level, home vs. gym, etc.). However, generally between 40-60 minutes! I always include suggestions on how to reduce the length if needed so you know exactly what workouts/exercises to prioritize.
CAN I DO THE WORKOUTS IF I'M PREGNANT/POSTPARTUM?
Yes! Safe and effective modifications are always listed for any exercises that are more advanced or require significant core control. As always, check with your doctor to be safe and ensure you have been cleared for exercise. However, regular exercise has been proven to be safe and effective (and actually very beneficial) for both mom and baby!
DO I NEED TO HAVE ACCESS TO A GYM?
Nope! The main workouts are programmed for gym access (think cables/machines, etc.) BUT there is always a home gym swap listed in the instructions! About 50% of users are working out from home (myself included). All workouts can be done with just dumbbells, bands, and a bench/chair.
WILL I SEE FAT LOSS RESULTS ON THIS PROGRAM? I DON'T WANT TO GET BULKY!
Fat loss vs. weight gain really comes down to your nutrition! Workouts actually don't need to change much, if at all, to see those results. As long as you are eating in a calorie deficit while following the workouts, you'll see amazing results! It is also a myth that you will get bulky while lifting weights. That would take a significant amount of training, excess of calories for a prolonged time, and likely some performance enhancers to get you there! Ask any woman who has been lifting for years and years. What you'll actually notice is a change in shape of the muscle (more defined curves and muscle definition), improved strength and endurance and overall improved health. Not to mention the benefits of training that will take you far into later life like bone health, hormone health, and energy levels for years to come.
HOW MUCH COMMUNICATION WILL I HAVE WITH YOU AS A COACH?
I'll be reaching out on a weekly basis through the Team Chat feature in the app! You can also directly message me through the app if you have questions or want to submit a form video for review. All questions will be answered in a timely manner. I also share more tips and motivation within the actual workouts to keep you engaged and interested! You can share your wins with the community in the chat feature as well to cheer each other on.
CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP IF I FIND THAT IT'S NOT A GOOD FIT?
Absolutely! I hope you find that you love the programming, but if that's not the case you can email me to cancel at any time without judgement or hassle!
